Right of Return and Refund

The consumer shall possess the right to return any merchandise within a period of fourteen (14) days subsequent to the receipt of the order, should the merchandise not fulfill the consumer's expectations. The consumer is entitled to request either an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, subject to the condition that the consumer shall bear the cost of returning the merchandise.

Procedure for Withdrawal

To invoke the right of withdrawal, the consumer is required to initiate communication with our customer service via the "Contact us" section available on our website. Polyextract shall promptly acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal notification, typically through electronic mail.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

Merchandise returned must be in its original state, unblemished, and complete, thereby rendering it fit for resale as new. Polyextract shall not accept returns of any merchandise that has been opened or exhibits signs of damage.

Refund Policy

In the event of a withdrawal, Polyextract agrees to reimburse all payments received from the consumer. This reimbursement shall be executed using the same means of payment as employed by the consumer in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This may include, but is not limited to, crediting the consumer's credit card, PayPal account, or conducting a bank transfer.

Delay in Refund

Polyextract reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned merchandise has been received and its condition verified which can take up to 14 days.

Satisfied or Your Money Back Guarantee

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a refund, subject to the following conditions:

1- The refund request must be submitted no earlier than 30 days and no later than 60 days from the date of the first purchase.

2- The maximum refundable amount is $80 per customer.

3- The customer must provide proof of purchase and a statement indicating the reason for dissatisfaction.

4- This policy applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one refund per customer.

5-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after approval.

6- The company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or that are suspected of abuse.

This guarantee does not affect statutory rights where applicable.

For all international returns from countries outside the European Union, returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Polyextract does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers must:

  • arrange shipment through a reliable international carrier,

  • insure the parcel against loss or damage,

  • and provide valid tracking information until receipt by Polyextract.

This applies specifically to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Brazil, Belarus, Canada, Switzerland, Côte d’Ivoire, Chile, Cameroon, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Algeria, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, India, Jordan, Japan, Kenya, Cambodia, South Korea, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Madagascar, Myanmar, Mauritius, Mexico, Malaysia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Nicaragua, Norway, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Pakistan, Paraguay, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Senegal, El Salvador, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Taiwan, Tanzania, Ukraine, Uganda, United States, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Vietnam.

Packages returned freight collect, uninsured, or without tracking may be refused.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees incurred upon return remain the responsibility of the customer.
