At Polyextract, we work with Colissimo to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day. This processing time is standard and should not be considered a delay.
Shipping Times & International Deliveries
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. For international orders, transit times are subject to customs clearance and local carrier operations, which may lead to longer delivery times. Due to these external factors, delivery cannot be guaranteed within a fixed timeframe.
All shipments originate from France, and may go through multiple carriers, customs checks, and border controls. These processes are mandatory and can extend delivery times depending on the country.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
Since shipping times depend on factors beyond our control, Polyextract is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled (please refer to our cancellation policy).
If your package is still in transit and there are no reported issues, we kindly ask for patience while the shipment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package reaches its destination country, we recommend using the local postal service's tracking system with the provided tracking number to get the most up-to-date information.
Customs Fees & Regulations
For orders outside the European Economic Area (EEA), customs duties and import taxes may apply. Any additional charges related to customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
